Although this is really just an Air Canada Bag with a rubber stamp on it, the bag was distributed to theatergoers inj New York for the January 4, 1997 screening of said movie in anticipation of the January 10th release.

An amazingly well-done bag because the red lettering is raised. Very fancy!

Ultra Trash apparently produces and releases many gore movies such as 'Death By Machete' and others nobody has ever heard of. They pass these bags out to audiences. The text of the bag reads:

This bag is a blue copy of a red promotional vomit bag from this movie. This was re-issued by a theatre in Lodi OH in the mid-90s, but in Blue.

Note that the bottom of the bag says "Please Reuse and Recycle This Bag", which sounds a tad disturbing.

This bag was distributed at a pre-screening for the movie Wrong Turn, a 2003 "horror thriller". The bag parades out the usual tired warning. "Any persons with problems, high blood pressure, pace-makers and nervous conditions should not see this film. Risk of serious injury or health problems may occur. The Management is not responsible for any problems that may occur."
