Approximate Year: 2023, Originally Obtained From: Wolfgang Lüthje, TICV is a carrier from Cabo Verde (the CV part of TICV) with a fleet of 3 planes. This is not to be confused with TACV -- also from Cabo Verde -- with a fleet of just 2 planes. I'm sure this is really naive of me, but why don't they just merge? |
