Approximate Year: 1997, Originally Obtained From: Michael Hall, Like almost every other Chinese bag, it's blue on white.

Unlike the 1996 version of this bag, the Chinese text on the back has changed. they've added a few extra characters, but I don't read Chinese so I have no idea what the differences are.
