OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

Biman Bangladesh

Approximate Vintage: 1990
Received From: Bruce Kelly
Print or Image Color: Black, Green, and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
The interesting corduroy textures and shapes are reminiscent of Anasazi petroglyphs. It's a pretty big bag considering the amount of food they don't have in Bangladesh.

Biman Bangladesh

Received From: Mari van Rijbroek
Identical to the other Biman bag EXCEPT the new barf bag company, "Sumi Printing Press & Packaging" felt that it was necessary to substitute the ampersand "&" for "and".

Biman Bangladesh

Received From: Paul Mundy
Print or Image Color: Green and Red
Background / Bag Color: Tan
Identical to the other Biman bags EXCEPT this one was manufactured by Modern Enterprise. For some reason, they keep changing manufacturers. Maybe Bangladesh is poor enough that they are able to keep cutting costs by having bag bidding wars.

Biman Bangladesh

Received From: Tim Lemmon
Print or Image Color: Green and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
Reasonably identical to the other Biman bags EXCEPT this one was manufactured by Star Lamination. For some reason, they keep changing manufacturers. Maybe Bangladesh is poor enough that they are able to keep cutting costs by having bag bidding wars.

Biman Bangladesh

Received From: Gerhard Lang
Print or Image Color: Green and Red
Background / Bag Color: Green and Brown
Identical to the other Biman bags EXCEPT this one has no manufacturer mentioned on the back. Also, on the front, the phrase used is "AFTER USE CLIP IT AND HANDOVER TO CABIN CREW" instead of "AFTER USE CLIP IT & HANDOVER TO CABIN CREW" -- the word 'and' being used instead of the ampersand.

Biman Bangladesh

Approximate Vintage: 2013
Received From: Ray Brunsberg
Background / Bag Color: White, Green
Once again, Biman Bangladesh changes to another manufacturer that provides equally shoddy work as the previous ones. This year's bag supplier is "M/S. GOLAM SABBIR TRADERS"

Biman Bangladesh

Approximate Vintage: 2014
Received From: Xusheng Chen
Print or Image Color: Green, White
Background / Bag Color: Red, White
Biman cleans up its formerly busy bag to a a white background with green writing. All the text is in English, so I guess everyone from Bangladesh speaks it.

Binter

Approximate Vintage: 1998
Received From: Andy Rudge
Print or Image Color: Green
Background / Bag Color: White

Binter

Approximate Vintage: 1998
Received From: Thorsten Methner
Print or Image Color: Green
Background / Bag Color: White
Similar to other crappy Binter bag, except this one is manufactured by Docian, SL (where SL stands for Bill Griffith character Shelf Life?)

Binter Canarias

Approximate Vintage: 2002
Received From: Frank Mulliri
Print or Image Color: Green, Green, & Green
Background / Bag Color: White
The word Binter looks like it's made out of floor tiles. Functional and boring, like my wife.

Binter Canarias

Approximate Vintage: 2003
Received From: Sakis Triantafillou
Print or Image Color: Green, & Green
Background / Bag Color: White
In a bold move, Binter strips away all instructions and replaces them with two mouse pointers, transforming a heretofore boring bag into yet a slightly different boring bag.

Binter Canarias

Approximate Vintage: 2005
Received From: Ralf Gumnior
Print or Image Color: Green, & Green
Background / Bag Color: White
This bag is a superset of the stuff printed on the 2002 and 2003 bags. Binter Canarias is nothing if not complete.

Binter Canarias

Approximate Vintage: 2014
Received From: Vidas Vekerotas
Print or Image Color: Green
Background / Bag Color: White
Binter decides to remove the company name from the bag, devaluing it in my eyes at least.

Binter Canarias

Approximate Vintage: 2018
Received From: Christoph Vogel
Print or Image Color: Green
Background / Bag Color: White
Binter decides to remove the company name from the bag, devaluing it in my eyes at least.
This is so problematic, I couldn't identify the airline without asking the sickbag community for help.

Birmingham European Airways (BEA)

Received From: Paul Diamond
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
A very tall older bag (usually the word 'gentleman' appears after the words 'very tall older'). The gusset says, 'New ALKAFLEX', which sounds like a superhero.

Birmingham European Airways (BEA)

Received From: Roger Winfield
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
A very tall older bag (usually the word 'gentleman' appears after the words 'very tall older'). The gusset says, 'New ALKAFLEX', which sounds like a superhero.

Much like the other red BEA bag except this one if much more verbose, going so far as to call the Stewardess a Klingon.

Birmingham European Airways (BEA)

Received From: Bruce Kelly
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
A very tall older bag (usually the word 'gentleman' appears after the words 'very tall older'). Unlike the other similar bag, the gusset is blank.

Much like the other red BEA bag except this one if much more verbose, going so far as to call the Stewardess a Klingon.

Birmingham European Airways (BEA)

Approximate Vintage: 2002
Received From: Stephen Davies
Print or Image Color: Blue, Gray
Background / Bag Color: White
So cutting edge, the letter A looks like the Greek lambda.

Birmingham European Airways (BEA) Airtours

Approximate Vintage: 1980
Received From: Anthony Morris
Print or Image Color: Red, Black
Background / Bag Color: White
A very tall older bag (usually the word 'gentleman' appears after the words 'very tall older'). While this looks much like the other BEA bags, it also contains the word 'airtours' in a different color (black).

Blair Witch Contest

Approximate Vintage: 1999
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
On September 20, 1999, the Pantagraph -- a newspaper in Bloomington, IL -- held a contest to find the best spoof film of the Blair Witch Project. The following day, it was covered in the paper.

As part of this gala, a barf bag was distributed although who was given this barf bag isn't entirely clear to me.

The bag says, "Official BLAIR WITCH CONTEST Barf Bag The Pantagraph CONNECTING CENTRAL ILLINOIS"
