OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

Food Standards Agency (UK)

Approximate Vintage: 2002
Received From: Rusty Odihiri
Print or Image Color: Black and Green
Background / Bag Color: White
In order to combat food poisoning in the UK, an independent governmental group called the 'Food Standards Agency' felt an Air Sickness Bag would serve their purpose of spreading the word about food contamination. The bag suggests that if you're not careful, food will spoil, make you sick, and throw up. How does the bag suggest you avoid such problems? Just 4 simple steps:
  1. Wash Your Hands
  2. Open Your Refrigerator
  3. Light a match
  4. Wait For Snow
Sounds so very simple, doesn't it?

For Your Convenience

Received From: Paul S Boyer
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White
A Yakbag afficionado e-mailed me and said: I'm thinking "unknown one" is Aero Mexico, 70's vintage, since my ex-girlfriend brought me one once as a joke. Looked at lot like that one.

I'm listing it as a generic, however.

Ford F-150 Raptor

Approximate Vintage: 2008
Received From: Bruce Kelly
I have no idea what Ford was thinking when it created this bag for the F-150 or the occasion upon which they produced it for. However, the front says the following (there's a checklist):

F-150 Raptor SVT GUTCHECK!

  • OFF-ROAD WARRIOR
  • PALE & SWEATY
  • SHAKING & MUMBLING
  • BLEW CHUNKS
  • RESTRICTED TO PAVEMENT

Formosa Airlines

Received From: Robert Masumura
Print or Image Color: Blue and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
The bag instructs you to "Tear off to open", although there's nothing to tear off. Confusing. Bag also features a nice flying F logo that looks similar to the Iceland Air logo.

Formosa Airlines

Received From: Sean Chou
Print or Image Color: Tasteful Blue and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
The bag has the recycle symbol on it, which concerns me. The bag also has the patented(?) double-fold! Furthermore, the bag says, "Hand to Stewardess", implying that there are no male flight attendants.

Foshing Airlines

Received From: Robert Masumura
Print or Image Color: Orange, Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
The Foshing logo looks like the letters SSA or an orange waterfall. The designers felt the need to add the Registered Trademark ® twice.

Fountain of Bile

I donated $15 to a Kickstarter campaign to get this bag from the Fountain of Bile for their debut EP "Barf Bag"

Frankenstein

Approximate Vintage: 1996
Received From: Todd Stiles
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White
According to Todd's Blog, this Frankenstein bag was distributed at the Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts in 1996 at a performance meant to coincide with the Olympics. Unfortunately, it also coincided with the Eric Rudolph bombing. The bag was meant to commemorate Jon Ludwig's adaptation of Frankenstein, which according to Todd was an unforgettable performance.

Free Bird Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2005
Received From: Stuart Hickson
Print or Image Color: Red, Blue

No bird on this bag, but I can't complain because it was free to anyone who wanted to take it from the plane.

Freebird

What bag is it you wanna puke in? Freebird!

I'm as free as a bag now, and this bag you'll never chain!

Bold orange bag gives you that bio-hazard feel that you really should have when throwing up on board.

FTI

Received From: Christian Annyas
Print or Image Color: Red and Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
The many logos that adorn this 'fly FTI' bag really look like they're flying! If you're really bored on your flight, you can cut this bag open on one side, unfold it, and use the bag as a checkerboard.

Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA)

Approximate Vintage: 2013
Received From: Janusz Tichoniuk
Print or Image Color: White

Standard Japanese issue, but I do wonder if the airline is really a dream or not.
