OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

Arkia Israel Inland Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 1970
Received From: Andrew Angel
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
I have no idea what year this is from, but I have 3 Arkia bags from Arkia Israel Inland Airlines (as it was called in 1972 and before) and I just made up dates for them.

This bag says "Do not remove from aircraft" which is kind of gross once it's full.

Armavia

Received From: Vidas Vekerotas
Print or Image Color: Orange
Background / Bag Color: White
I LOVE the mountains inside a circle. Plus the non-English script seems to say Unuwuhw, or Ubuntu (?)

ARP 410

Approximate Vintage: 2002
Received From: Thomas Homer Goetz
Print or Image Color: Yellow
Background / Bag Color: Violet
This is the first bag I've ever seen without any trace of a closing mechanism. Be forewarned. The logo looks like it was designed by a meterologist.

Arrow Air

Approximate Vintage: 1985
Received From: Holly Dolly French
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White

Asian Spirit

Approximate Vintage: 2001
Received From: Ian Campbell
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
Sports an interesting logo of a jack-in-the-box guy reading a book with a smiley-face on the cover, all while under an immense hair dryer. The plastic inside of this bag is really flimsy, kind of like a weak layer of Saran Wrap was put in it. Has a crazy font. This eBay purchase cost $3.25.

Asian Wings Airways

Approximate Vintage: 2012
Received From: Rainer Schwartz
Print or Image Color: Red, Black
Background / Bag Color: White
An awesome large bird majestically flies among 8 stars as the bag exhorts you to "Fly beyond your dreams" which sounds eerily similar to "Live beyond your means".

The back of the bag says "Please, help me to keep things tidy" almost as if the bag is speaking to you.

Asiana

Received From: Johnathan P Bennet
Print or Image Color: Blue and White
Background / Bag Color: Blue and White

Asiana

Approximate Vintage: 2006
Received From: Gilles Beger
Print or Image Color: Red, White, Gray, Navy
Background / Bag Color: Orange and White
Saekdongle, who I think is a porn star, overshadows a cherubic happy plane that shows the cute sensibilities of its Asian designer.

Asiana

Approximate Vintage: 2009
Received From: Vidas Vekerotas
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Gray
Excellent English for an Asian bag, instructing you to "Please use this bag when you feel sick". However, this is printed on some sticker that most likely covers the name of the airline.

Asiana

Approximate Vintage: 2010
Received From: Vidas Vekerotas
Print or Image Color: Gray, White
Background / Bag Color: White, Gray
Asiana decides to go half gray, half white and changes its logo to a Greater Than sign.

Astra Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2013
Received From: Oliver Conradi
Print or Image Color: Navy, Gray
Background / Bag Color: White
Excellent bold letters grace this Greek airline's bag.

ATA (American Trans Air)

Approximate Vintage: 1992
Received From: Rune Tapper
Print or Image Color: Navy and White
Background / Bag Color: White and Navy
OK, I get it! This seat is occupied. However, the navy blue colored field on the back side of the bag looks to be about the same dimensions and shape as an airplane window.

ATA (American Trans Air)

Approximate Vintage: 2000
Received From: Denise Wilson
Print or Image Color: Blue and White
Background / Bag Color: White and Blue
A palm tree in the sun. Ahhh.

ATA (American Trans Air)

Approximate Vintage: 2002
Received From: Barry Day
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: White and Blue
Those bastards got rid of the only redeeming part of this bag, the palm tree. I wonder what idiot executive decided that this bag's design was somehow too palatable and had to make it completely void of character.

ATA Airlines

Received From: Rainer Schwartz
Print or Image Color: Red, Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
Cool Tyvek-y bag from Iran, not to be confused with the defunct US carrier by the same ATA name. The logo looks a bit like the profile of Bart Simpson screaming.

ATI (Aero Transporti Italiani) Elivie

Approximate Vintage: 1969
Received From: Andrew Angel
Print or Image Color: Navy
Background / Bag Color: White, Orange
A great old bag from a company that was an Italian amalgamation of helicopter and airline transport as you can see by the pictures on the bag. Elivie (Elivie-Societá Italiana Esercizio Elicotteri) was the helicopter portion, ATI (Aero Trasporti Italiani) the airline portion. The entire company was eventually to become part of Alitalia in 1970.

Atlant-Soyuz

Received From: Denir Camargo
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
This is a rare Russian airline that ceased operation in 2011 after an almost 20 year run.

Atlantic Airways

Approximate Vintage: 2001
Received From: Khor Kok Keong
Print or Image Color: Blue and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
One of the best airlines in all of the Faroe Islands. Cool jaws of life AA logo, somewhat like the Alitalia AAA logo.
